Booking & coordination
Clear steps from an enquiry to an agreed programme and confirmed date.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry starts the discussion and does not confirm date or performer availability. The team reviews your date, venue and selection, then provides a quotation defining the artistic version and scope.
Confirmation and payment
Bookings are confirmed after agreement on the quotation and programme and payment of a 50% deposit. The balance due date and any special requirements are specified in the written proposal for your event.
What the booking includes
The proposal specifies performers, acts, rounds, costumes and props. Sound, lighting, staging, transport and materials should not be assumed included unless listed in the quotation.
Venue and timing
Share venue dimensions, flooring, clearances and access, setup and performance times. The programme distinguishes performance duration, time on site and breaks.
Changes or cancellation
If the date, venue or programme changes, contact the team before making new arrangements. Amendments, cancellation, fees and refunds are reviewed under the quotation’s written terms. Sending a message alone does not confirm a change.
Images, costumes and customisation
Images show the featured version. The final proposal defines performer numbers, costumes, customisation and music. Requesting a colour, design or character does not confirm availability until reviewed by the team.
