Who can access an enquiry?
Enquiries are stored in a private team register. Contact details and artist submissions are not displayed on public site pages. Enquiry access is limited to authorised accounts.
WhatsApp assistant
This is an automated assistant. Messages are processed through Meta, and conversation text and event details may be sent to OpenAI to generate replies. You review the enquiry summary before confirming that it may be saved and shared with the authorised owner and booking coordinator; request-reference notifications may reach approved team numbers. Enquiries are saved for follow-up, and technical records older than 30 days are removed as messages are processed. Contact our team to request correction or deletion of enquiry data. Our team confirms prices, availability and bookings.
Saving your performance selection
The site uses a browser-specific identifier to retain your performance selection. Adding an act does not submit an enquiry or confirm a booking. Your enquiry starts when you send the form.
Links and attachments
Artists may include a portfolio link. Do not send a passport or identity document with an initial application. Opening WhatsApp or another external link takes you to a separate service with its own practices.
