Living Table Welcome Act

The Living Table Act combines a performance character with a table-inspired presentation. It creates a distinctive scene at an entrance or meeting area, with a role to discuss in interaction, photographs or a defined hospitality concept. Food and drinks are not assumed to be included. Explain the desired role and standing space so the proposal can clearly specify costume, props and any additional hospitality service.

A welcome point or agreed rounds according to the character. Round length, breaks and interaction are set out in the programme. Performance duration, cast size and rounds are specified in your event quotation.

Send venue photos, the route, pathway widths, overhead clearances and photo-point location, plus nearby changing and performer rest space.

What is included?

The written proposal defines the performers, artistic version, costumes and included props. Staging, sound, lighting, transport and consumables are itemised according to the request.

Costumes & customisation

Share event colours, the theme and any costume or music preferences. The team reviews feasibility, preparation time and cost before confirming customisation.

Are food or drinks included with the living table?

They are not assumed. Refreshments, supply responsibilities, serving arrangements and venue requirements are explicitly defined.

How do I request a quote?

Send the event date, location, type and preferred performances. Guest numbers and performance space help us review the options and requirements.

Are sound, lighting and staging included?

Included equipment depends on the agreed package and is specified in the quotation.

How is a booking confirmed?

After availability, the quotation and programme details are agreed, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The quotation specifies the balance due date and event terms.

What if the date or venue changes?

Contact us before making the change. We review performer availability, equipment and costs, and confirm amendments in writing under the quotation terms.
