A useful quotation starts with a clear picture of the occasion. Share the event type, city, venue and date—or let us know that the date is undecided.
Describe the available performance space, audience and time allocated to entertainment. Approximate guest numbers and age ranges help inform the discussion; suitability must still be reviewed for each performance.
Add the performances you are interested in to one event request. You may share an indicative budget, but avoid adding together historic prices. Performer numbers, rounds, equipment and transport need to be defined.
Before approval, clarify what is included, what the venue needs to provide and who is responsible for each part. An enquiry starts the conversation; it does not confirm availability or a booking.
