The proposal specifies acts, performers, costumes, rounds and timing. Sound, lighting, staging, transport and materials are defined according to event needs and venue provision.
From proposal to confirmation
We review the details and availability, then agree the programme and quotation. A 50% deposit confirms the booking; remaining terms are set out in the written proposal.
